Venue for Hire

Renting, also known as hiring or letting, is an agreement where a payment is made for the temporary use of a good, service or property owned by another. A gross lease is when the tenant pays a flat rental amount and the landlord pays for all property charges regularly incurred by the ownership.

A venue can usually be rented out if it is only used temporarily, like for a function or event. Usually a deposit is payable that is refunded after damages are subtracted. Such venues for hire are very popular and the venue has to be booked long in advance to ensure availability on the date required
